Cumming sued for secret, underground government's alleged unlawful utility department land purchase.

FORSYTH COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT

NYDIA TISDALE

v.

CITY OF CUMMING, GEORGIA

Case No. 12CV-2229

Filed October 12, 2012

42:10 B. Utility Department land purchase. Mayor Gravitt stated that negotiations had been held for the purchase of 77 acres of land off of Pilgrim Mill Road. The property is proposed to be used for expansion of the Utilities Department and other uses. The purchase of this property had previously been authorized in Executive Session by the Council. Mayor Gravitt requested ratification of purchase of the 77 acres. A motion was made by John D. Pugh, seconded by Lewis Ledbetter and unanimously passed ratifying the previous authorization for Mayor Gravitt to sign the necessary documents for the purchase of 77 acres of property off of Pilgrim Mill Road for $25,500.00 per acre.

This Year's Worst Attorney Award, and the winner is....

Post by David Milum » October 12th, 2012, 10:30 pm

Anyone remember me speaking about idiot attorneys and judges squatting in Forsyth County like parasites on the Taxpayers? Remember how I said that fortunately we did have a few that didn't deserve this kind of ridicule?

Well alert, gypped Taxpayers the City of Cumming's attorney Dana Miles was not one of those later mentioned barristers. What a useless dumbass this guy is. Can you folks actually believe this mess? How gutter-stupid can one attorney be?

Comedian George Carlin warned one time in an HBO Special Presentation that obviously somewhere there had to be the World’s Worst Doctor and he sincerely hoped that none of his audience members had an appointment with him or her tomorrow.

The audience did do that split-second begin to laugh regiment but it was one of those caught in the bud type laughs that didn’t quite get out without that light smile turning to some really serious concern of thought. You could see it on their faces; "Lord have mercy, I do have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow!"

Well Wal-Mart shoppers residing in Cumming/Forsyth County's Judicial Purgatory, I give you the World’s Stupidest Attorney Mr. Dana Miles of Cumming, Ga.!

If you take the time to view the video above you’ll plainly see this ignoramus sitting at the front of the City Council as this fraud land transaction goes down. Sitting there like a useless wart on a frog.

I know who will win this year’s award for the worst attorney in Cumming, Ga. hands down. Any of you care to nominate your choice of candidates?
