The Forsyth County Ethics Panel deliberated and issued their findings of fact and conclusion of laws in the Complaint filed by Rene “Jay” Guidry against District 4 Commissioner Cindy Jones Mills for deleting official texts on her personal and official electronic devices on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 9 a.m. in the Forsyth County Administration Building, 110 East Main Street, Suite 210, Cumming GA 30040.
Commissioner Mills admittedly deleted years of official texts on her personal and official electronic devices, disregarding local records retention schedules and state Sunshine law.
