The motions hearing in the case of State of Georgia v. Nydia Tisdale originally scheduled on July 5 at 10 o'clock has been delayed until Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. because the Burts of Burts Pumpkin Farm went on vacation this week.

Attorney Bruce Harvey has scheduling conflict

The motions hearing in the case of State of Georgia v. Nydia Tisdale has been continued to Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.

Attorney Bruce Harvey has another trial beginning in August and requested a delay.

Judge Bonnie C. Oliver granted the request.
