Forsyth County Tea Party October Meeting
Dr. Tina Trent
George Soros and the Enemies of the American Experiment
We are pleased to announce that Dr. Tina Trent will be the speaker at our October 18th meeting at 6:30pm at the Senior Center located at 595 Dahlonega Street, Cumming GA.
Dr. Trent will be discussing how George Soros and the organizations he funds are dismantling American institutions and values. She will discuss the importance of the upcoming election and the implications for the future. This is not to be missed and we believe you’ll learn a lot that will surprise you! Tony West of AFP will kick off the meeting with opportunities to stop liberal progressives from taking Georgia and other key states! We look forward to seeing you on the 18th!
Tina Trent was raised in an IBM family in Poughkeepsie, New York and has lived in Florida and North Georgia since 1983. She writes about crime, political radicals, social movements, and academia. Like David Horowitz and others, Dr. Trent is a convert from the radical left.
Dr. Trent received a degree in British and American Poetry from New College in Sarasota, Florida and a doctorate from the Institute of Women’s Studies of Emory University, where she wrote about the impact of social movements and popular culture on criminal law under the tutelage of conservative, pro-life scholar Elizabeth Fox-Genovese.
Dr. Trent also spent more than a decade in Atlanta’s worst neighborhoods, providing social services to refugees, troubled families and crime victims and discovering first-hand the destruction caused by the poverty industry, an experience she describes as “the reason I’m now a practicing Catholic and social conservative”.
Her work has appeared in publications including Accuracy in Media, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, American Thinker, FrontPage, PJ Media, Real Clear Politics, and the New English Review. She blogs about crime and politics at tinatrent.com. She has published several in-depth reports for the Soros Files and America’s Survival. Tina also helped the late Larry Grathwohl release a new edition of Larry’s 1976 memoir, Bringing Down America: An FBI Informer with the Weathermen, an account of his time infiltrating the Weather Underground.
There is no charge for admission. We hope to see you all there!
DON’T FORGET! We will now be meeting on the third Tuesday of the month from 6:30 until 8:00 at the Senior Center, 595 Dahlonega St. (next to the Cumming branch of the Forsyth County Public Library).
