JEFF DICKERSON: Somebody tricked him and he didn’t know that the tape recorder was running, but —
PHIL KENT: Well, he apologized, and then, that’s good —
JEFF DICKERSON: We’ve gotta have, we’ve gotta have a higher class of elected officials at the county level —
PHIL KENT: I agree.
JEFF DICKERSON: — and at the GOP presidential level.
PHIL KENT: And you know what I like —
ALEXIS SCOTT: Right —
PHIL KENT: — for everybody and I think we all, we all agree —
ALEXIS SCOTT: — and try to make Douglas County great again! Is that it?
PHIL KENT: I like to have those iPhones out, and I like to have the recorders out, and I don’t care if it’s — who you are Democrat, Republican, liberal, conservative — record them and be a watchdog —
ALEXIS SCOTT: There you go.
PHIL KENT: — and that will help hold these folks accountable.
JEFF DICKERSON: I appreciate you saying that, Phil.
DICK WILLIAMS: I’m thinking about, uh, when I go to public meetings, I see so much of this.
PHIL KENT: Yeah, I think it’s a good thing.
DICK WILLIAMS: I’m thinking of developing fitness classes.
PHIL KENT: I think it’s a good thing.
ALEXIS SCOTT: To be able to hold up your arm up.
JEFF DICKERSON: To be able to do that, to move it up and down.
DICK WILLIAMS: Everybody is a reporter now, or not. Alright, we’ve got to get out. Boy, we’ve left a lot on the table. We’ll come back. We’ll reorganize and we’ll turn to politics as we return.
